Project Execution

Projects and programs are established and executed according to overall goals and strategies, as well as the client’s code of conduct.

The initial establishment phase involves the development of steering documents, coordination and plans for execution. The execution involves management and control of agreed-upon work within defined project variables such as cost, progress, quality and risk.

We assume total responsibility for the execution of projects (turn key role in project organisations) or support the client’s own project manager with methodology and specialized knowledge within project management.
